RETURN POLICY

Annabelle Hayes stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your gear. Annabelle Hayes products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.  In addition, if you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Annabelle Hayes, you can return your item(s) as follows:

·       Items purchased online can be returned online listed below within 25 days of purchase. 

·       Items purchased online using PayPal or any other forms of payment must be returned online within 30 days of purchase.

·       You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return. 

·       Items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition they were in when bought and shipped.

·       If in a situation where items are already damaged when shipped to you the same item will be resent after showing proof of damages via images.

·       All products bought will only be refunded in store credit.

When items are being exchanged or refunded products must be sent back to Lifted Collection HQ and must be reviewed to ensure no damages before customers are refunded.

Please be careful when trying on our garments! If your return item doesn't meet the above criteria we will unfortunately have to send it back to you. We are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of return shipping. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind (colour or item) so please choose carefully before confirming your order. This is also outlined in our Terms and Conditions. If you need to exchange your size, please contact liftedcollection@gmail.com and we will help you complete the process.

o   Items marked "SALE" or "SAMPLE" are not eligible for return. Please make sure you've read the list of possible faults in all SAMPLE products before checking out, they are discounted for this reason.

 

Return Item(s) for online credit

Unfortunately our refunds are only given in store credit. If you purchased an item at annabellehayes.com and want to return it for store credit, follow the instructions. When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment.  Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. 

How to Send Us Your Return

After you have completed your online return you will be prompted to print your packing slip. This packing slip will provide us with all the details we need to expedite your return. Just place this form in the box with the item(s) you are returning and use the prepaid return label provided.  The prepaid return label can be found inside your original shipping package.
