WHAT SIZES DOES ANNABELLE WEAR?

  • Answer: Annabelle Hayes wears a size Small in tops and size medium in bottoms in ALL LIFTED COLLECTIONS products. When deciding on what is best for you, think about how tight you like your activewear, as Lifted Collection uses an extremely high quality and strong fabric.

WHAT ARE ANNABELLE’S MEASUREMENTS?

  • Answer: Annabelle Hayes is 165cm tall. Her bust is approx. 32 inches, her waist is approx. 25 inches, and her hips are approx. 42 inches.

I have not received the PDF(s)

  • Answer: Your PDF(s) are in your order confirmation email underneath order details with buttons. If in a situation your file says expired or doesn’t open, email us with a copy of your receipt, full name and we can check our files that payment was received and the PDF file will be emailed to you.

Will the WORKOUT PROGRAMS expire after I have completed it?

  • Answer: No, you have lifetime access to the guides so they will never expire. You can complete them as many times as you like.

My purchase doesn't fit, can I return it?

  • Answer: Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges on physical products including clothing. This is due to the product being a limited release where all sales are final.

My product is faulty?

  • Answer: We stand firmly by our products quality but we understand sometimes your items may have natural wear and tear during the manufacturing process. Each item is tested through machinery which can cause some thread to be undone. The quality and usability of each product is the same. Please note that all products will get loose overtime due to wear and tear and this does not make it faulty. If you product has some other fault please email us liftedcollection@gmail.com with your order id, email and pictures of the fault.


Can I change my delivery address?

  • Answer: We will unfortunately not be able to make any amendments to your address after your order has been made. Please double check your address when completing your order. Your item will be delivered to the address you enter and you will be responsible for retrieving the order.

My card keeps getting declined

  • Answer: In most cases, if your card is declined it is due to your bank rejecting the payment. This is because they may not recognize the influencer's domain. Try using a new card or ring your bank to tell them that you are making the transaction and then try again.

I have not received my confirmation email

  • Answer: Please wait up to 24 hours for your confirmation email. Often it can go straight into your junk and spam folder, so make sure you check there first.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE BY ACCIDENT, AM I ABLE TO CHANGE IT BEFORE YOU SHIP IT OUT?

  • Answer: Please contact liftedcollection@gmail.com and we will help you anyway we can, as long as you contact us before the product is shipped. Please remember during launch/restock periods we receive high volumes of orders and emails, and can't always make changes to orders in time before they're shipped.

I made a mistake Can I cancel my order?

  • Answer: Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. We can however try our best to accommodate any changes/errors in order placement. Please email us as soon as possible after realizing any errors.

My order says delivered, but I didn't get it! Help?

  • Answer: Unfortunately, Annabelle Hayes or Lifted Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact the postal office as Annabelle Hayes will not hold responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
